- Presented Research Paper Entitled : “Brand Switching Behaviour of Mobile Phone Consumers Using Markov Analysis” at ICBM’S National Conference on Management Research, At ICBM School of Business Excellence, Hyderabad on 24/9/2016 and was Adjudged as the Outstanding Paper in the Marketing & Strategy Track on a Pan India Basis.
